Over the years I noticed how many friends struggle with sleep. This was an obvious contrast to me since I did not have any trouble with when and especially how fast I could fall asleep. Getting Help
Requirements
Your willingness and flexibility to change your behaviors (habits) and thoughts (beliefs and mental thinking) are the only two conditions.
To achieve the goals of the Coaching you will need to invest 1 hour of your time per week plus a few minutes of your time before and after your bedtime. And that's it!
If you will follow the program consistently you will start to notice tangible improvements in your sleep after 3-5 weeks. The program continues until you achieve your desired level of sleep improvement.
