Q: I have insomnia. Which Module of Sleep Coaching is for me?
R: This depends - if you have problems with falling asleep, take Module Falling Asleep. If you have problems with being awake during the night, enroll in the Nightly Awakenings Module. If you have problems with both, start with the Falling Asleep Module and proceed with Nightly Awakenings Module.
Q: I am suffering from Daily Fatigue and/or Sleepiness. Is Sleep Coaching for me?
R: Daily Fatigue can be a consequence or a symptom of various possibilities so we cannot guarantee that improving your sleep / removing insomnia will completely reduce your daily fatigue. Sleepiness, on the other hand, is very likely connected with insomnia of some kind. Check the chapter 'Who is it for' to verify if you are eligible for Sleep Coaching and to see that you are not among the persons for which the Sleep Coaching is not well suited for.
