Description

Sleep Coaching operates on three areas, therefore it is divided on three possible Modules. Each module covers a specific area of sleep and it consist of Parts addressing general Sleep Related Areas and module-specific Parts. Each Part is further divided into various chapters.

The structure of each chapter builds on two distinct sections:

The Theoretical Section

It provides a basic insight into the background of the topic at hand. This not only ensures better implementation of the methods to follow, but also increases the possibility of sleep improvements persevering in the long term. Although some might feel the urge to skip it and proceed directly to the core of the course, I do not recommend it. In all cases I have made sure that this section of each chapter is very concise, only providing relevant information.

The Practical Application Section

It represents the core of the course where you spend most of the time. It is further subdivided on:

  1. Practical Methods: consist of how-to guides that will require some changes in either your beliefs, habits or both. Usually, several different approaches are provided with descriptions of the benefits and drawbacks of each. Each chapter starts first with simple, easy, and short-term methods and eventually moves to more demanding and complex approaches, that have bigger long-term improvement potential.

  2. Self-Observation: the main tool is a sleep diary, supported with a few other tools used to compare a before and after state to see the effectiveness of the newly implemented method.

  3. Additional recommendations and common mistakes.

Each Part also has a Downloadable section that consists of various tasks and self-questionnaires, checklists, and a summary sheet of the Part. In the end, all downloadable content assembles your personal Sleep Mastery Handbook. My purpose with it is to help you retain all the benefits of this course in the long term and simultaneously reduce the possibility of sleep problem resurgence. These materials are also highly practical if you would be returning to a negative state in the future and would need to refresh your knowledge, or would simply like to check your improvement.

Form

Sleep Coaching comes in three forms:

  1. Online Course

  2. One-on-one Coaching Sessions

  3. Online course upgraded by One-on-one Coaching Sessions

Each approach has its own advantages.

  1. Option: Online Course, is perfect for anyone who is addressing sleep-related problems for the first time or has only tried certain approaches without noticeable success. It is the recommended starting point for everyone.

  2. Option: 1-on-1 Coaching, is flexible and can take less time since it is tailor-made just for you. The downside is its higher price compared to an online course.

  3. Option: Online Course, supported by coaching sessions. Recommended for persons who have had some success with the Online Course, yet are not progressing as they would like to and/or would like a more personalized approach for their situation. In such cases, only a few additional 1-on-1 coaching sessions are needed, as the majority of topics and approaches will already be covered by the Online Course.

One Sleep Coach Module exists for each Area of Sleep. Each Module can be completed in any of the Sleep Coaching Forms.
